- Designed the Sustainable Integrated Farming Enterprise Development (SIFED) training courses for the implementation of all rural development-related programs of The Julio and Florentina Ledesma Foundation, Inc. (JFLFI).
- 500 Upland Farmers in the upland barangays of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
- Course Formulation for the Training Program dubbed “Integrated Shelter Delivery Program” (ISDP)” with JF Ledesma Foundation, Inc.
- Likewise sharpened the course formulation of the interlocking compressed earth block (ICEB) as support mechanism of all JFLFI’s integrated shelter delivery program (ISDP) in the urban-based territories in the Island of Negros. The program is one of the 2006 World Habitat Awardees by the UN-Habitat as well as the Building for Social Housing Foundation, Inc. (BSHF) based in United Kingdom (UK).
- 17 Local Government Units with 4,200 Urban Poor Farmilies in the Island of Negros; and 22 Universities and Colleges in Visayas and Mindanao.
- Sustainable City Framework for the City of San Carlos with San Carlos Development Board;
- Worked-out the framework for the sustainable city status for the City of San Carlos under the implementation priorities of San Carlos Master Development Plan (MDP) garnering an award for Galing Pook Award for Sustainable City;
- 100,000 City Population as the direct beneficiaries of the Sustainable City initiative spearheaded by the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental, Philippines.
- Capacity Building of the JF Ledesma Foundation’s Christian Children’s Fund Project in San Carlos City
- Strengthened the JFLFI-assisted Christian Children’s Fund (CCF) organizational direction and program formulation including medical missions in partnerships with Sugar Industry Foundation (SIFI), Inc.
- 150 rural families in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Philippines
- Soil Media Production as a support program for the Fundacion CODESPA’s Desarollo Project in San Carlos City
- Spearhead the rural development technologies on soil media production with DED German Volunteer working for organic farming methodologies among the upland communities of San Carlos consistent with the Master Development Plan’s priorities on Food Security;
- 150 Upland Farmers working for the Desarollo Project of Fundacion CODESPA and Fundacion JF Ledesma in the upland communities of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
- Children’s Rights for San Carlos Upland Barangays with Chalice International and the JF Ledesma Foundation, Inc.
- Working for policy formulation on upland children’s rights and peace related advocacy with the San Carlos City Government in partnership with Chalice International – a Canadian-based religious organization mandated to protect the rights of the children.

- Conduct of Education Summit with San Carlos Development Board
- Initiate the Education Summit with San Carlos Development Board (SCDB) in partnership with Department of Education (DEPED) Region VI among the San Carlos City public teachers as a form of capacity building program in addressing increasing drop-out rates among the urban and rural children in San Carlos City;
- 200 Public Teachers of Department of Education (DepEd) in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.
- Development Triangle Advocacy Plan for upland barangays in San Carlos, Vallehermoso and Kanla-on City
- Spearhead the formulation of the “Development Triangle Advocacy Plan” and the methodologies in addressing the concerns and issues on the “rights of children” among upland communities of Vallehermoso, San Carlos City and Canla-on City. Also initiate the public discourse with policy makers of their local government units (LGUs) affecting the said master plan within their covered territories in the Island of Negros.
